HQP Service LLC Membership Program – Terms & Conditions

Provider: HQP Service LLC (“HQP”)
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
These Terms & Conditions govern your enrollment and participation in the HQP Membership Program.
- Membership Overview
The HQP Membership Program (“Membership”) is a service plan that provides members with benefits such as discounted plumbing services, free traditional drain cleaning, system inspections, and priority scheduling.
Membership is not an insurance policy or a warranty service; it is a preventative maintenance and convenience plan offered only by HQP.
- Billing Information
2.1 Payment Method
Members must provide a valid credit card, debit card, or ACH payment method at the time of enrollment.
By enrolling, you authorize HQP to store your payment method securely and charge all Membership fees on a recurring basis.
2.2 Recurring Billing
Memberships are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select.
Billing will occur on the same calendar day each billing period or the closest available business day.
2.3 Missed or Failed Payments
You will be notified if a payment cannot be processed.
If payment is not updated within 7 days, HQP may pause or cancel your Membership benefits until the account is brought current.
2.4 Updated Billing Information
You are responsible for keeping your payment method up to date.
You may update billing details at any time by contacting HQP or through your customer account portal (if applicable).
- Membership Term & Renewal
Membership automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
HQP reserves the right to adjust Membership pricing with 30 days’ notice to active members.
- Cancellation Policy
4.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your Membership at any time by:
Calling HQP customer service
Sending an email request
Submitting a cancellation request through your customer portal (if applicable)
4.2 Cancellation Effective Date
Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing period.
Membership fees are non-refundable, including partial-month refunds.
4.3 Canceling After Services Are Used
If you cancel after receiving an annual service or discounted repair within the same billing period:
HQP may charge the non-member rate for any services already performed, or
Charge the difference between the discounted member rate and the standard rate.
This ensures fairness and prevents “one-time service” misuse of the program.
- Reinstating Membership
A canceled Membership may be reinstated at any time by signing up again.
HQP reserves the right to review previous account standing before reinstatement.
- Member Benefits
Membership benefits may include:
Annual or scheduled plumbing inspections
Water heater cleaning
Sewer lateral camera inspections
Free traditional drain cleaning (one per year or per billing cycle depending on plan)
Priority scheduling
Member-only discounts
HQP may modify or improve Membership benefits at any time with notice to members.
- Limitations & Exclusions
Membership does not include:
Emergency repairs outside covered services
New installations, remodel upgrades, or code-required updates
Damages caused by neglect, abuse, natural disasters, or pre-existing issues
Any service not specifically listed as a Membership benefit
Additional terms may apply based on the specific Membership tier.
- Liability & Compliance
HQP operates in full compliance with Nevada laws and U.S. federal consumer and data-protection regulations.
HQP is not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to events outside our control (weather, supply issues, emergencies, etc.).
- Customer Data & Privacy
Billing and personal information is stored securely and used only for Membership administration and customer service.
HQP does not sell or share customer data with outside marketers.

- Agreement
By enrolling in the HQP Membership Program:
You confirm that you have read and understand these Terms & Conditions.
You authorize HQP to bill your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.
You agree to follow all Membership rules and responsibilities.
